Marui G36-Related Parts

Outer Barrels: I make custom outer barrels for Marui G36 conversions, as well as other custom applications. They are made of 6061-T6 aluminum and are available either unpainted, or pre-painted with charcoal black primer paint which closely resembles parkerized finish in color (no guarantee on the durability - I offer this only upon request strictly as a convenience, and at no extra charge). Due to cost, anodizing is not an option that I can offer at this point in time.

The outer barrels have the same outside diameter as the normal G36C outer barrel, and will easily fit over your extended inner barrel (if you have upgraded your inner barrel). For Marui applications, they are threaded 14mmCCW male and female as standard, although other threads are possible. I also offer custom lengths aside from the K and CQB length.

The K outer barrel should be used in conjunction with a G36K handguard for best results. It is not long enough to work with a full-length (e.g. G36) handguard. You can use any compatible flash hider or silencer, but for the right "look", you should look into the Guarder HK53 flash hider (not available from me - you must purchase elsewhere).

The CQB outer barrel is very versatile, and can work with either the G36K handguard or full-length handguard. You are also not compelled to use a specific flash hider as in the case with the K conversion. Additionally, it can be coupled with the K outer barrel to mimic a full-length G36 barrel.

While I can offer a one-piece version of the full-length G36 outer barrel, I recommend against it because while barrel wobble (side-to-side deflection, not up-and-down) is either nonexistent or barely noticeable (up to CQB length), it will be noticeable with longer barrels due to the extra leverage.

For G36K conversions using my K outer barrel and Guarder HK53 flash hider, if you use the M4A1-length inner barrel (363mm), it reportedly ends at the the v-cut of the prong cutout. If you don't want the M4A1 inner barrel to extend past the muzzle, you should trim the inner barrel by 3/4 to 1". The CQB barrel can accomodate up to about 415mm inner barrel length.

Cost is $35 each (K, CQB, or anything up to 7" OAL), plus a flat $5 shipping (in US) for up to 5 barrels.

Fake Gas Cylinders. Minor detail, but this is exactly what you need to take up the empty space inside the handguard. Detailed pics not available at this time, but the profile is modeled after the real thing to keep the looks authentic. Secured to the existing fake gas cylinder with a set screw (supplied). Hex key (1.5mm) not included - it is the same one for your Marui flash hider.

G36 full-length rifle version, even more elaborate. $40
Plain, less-detailed version of either type (plain gas cylinder extension), $25.

I also have very limited quantities of the following parts on hand. Once they're gone, they're gone.

Full-length G36/G36K Folding Stock Conversion, You need to send in your Marui G36C receiver* for fitment. Complete with a custom-made pivot pin. No modifications required on your host gun (and is completely reversible), but I do need your G36C receiver as a template for fitting and re-drilling of the stock. Stocks are very difficult (even for me) to get, and even if you find one on your own, you need to modify it correctly or it might not work right (just don't ask me how to do it). $250 shipped. None currently available.

G36 Folding Stock Modification Service. You supply the stock, and your G36C receiver. I'll modify your G36 stock, provide the custom pin, and install it for $75 plus return shipping. You ship your stock and your stripped Marui G36C receiver section* to me at your cost. Turnaround about 1 week or less - it is very tedious and time consuming to do, so I may withdraw this offer at some point.

*I just need the receiver - take off the stock, pistol grip/mechbox, mag and magwell, handguard, sight rail, flash hider. You can obviously ship as much of the the gun as you like, it will just cost you more in shipping charges.

Package Deals:

Package #1**: Handguard and Outer Barrel. This is the real-deal original-style G36K handguard. Option: substitute full-length handguard and CQB outer barrel or other barrel lengths. $100 plus shipping. Note: original-style K handguards currently unavailable - only full-length handguard & CQB barrel, or new-style K handguard and your choice of outer barrel.

Package #1b**: G36K Handguard (new style) and Outer Barrel. Just got in a few of these. This is a real H&K G36K new-style handguard (with rail attachment bosses - like the G36C handguard but longer). Note - these handguards come with heatshield, which must be removed for airsoft use (I can remove it for you upon request). $120 plus shipping. Your pick of K or CQB outer barrel. Numerous pics available from my G36K page - see pic 5,16).

H&K G36K handguard only (new style) also sold separately, $90 plus shipping.

Package #2a**: G36K Conversion Kit. You need to send in your Marui G36C receiver* for fitment. My folding stock conversion kit plus G36K handguard plus K outer barrel plus fake gas cylinder (not pictured). The only thing you might want to get on your own (and it is up to you) is the long 4-prong flash hider. You may use your existing flash hider or you can go out and get the Guarder unit - I leave that choice up to you. $295 plus shipping. None currently available.

Package #2b**: Full-Length Conversion Kit. You need to send in your Marui G36C receiver* for fitment. My folding stock conversion kit plus a full-length vented handguard plus CQB outer barrel. This is basically similar to what you get in Package 2A - you can basically pick and choose handguard and barrel length (as long as it makes sense). $295 plus shipping. SUSPENDED

Note: HK Carry Handles/Optics are neither required nor necessary for the conversion. G36's do not necessarily come with carry handle/optics as standard equipment. In other words, you can continue to use the factory sight rail.

**Modification of your receiver is necessary to fit these handguards (see the G36K page). If you send in your receiver, I can also modify your receiver for extra $20 labor.

Contact me with details of what you want done. Please provide as much detail on your application, to make sure you get the correct adapter. Cost depends on complexity, but the easy ones (e.g. #1) might be $20-25. The TMP adapters will be at least $60 due to complexity.

Other Custom Machining: I will consider simple jobs (e.g. 1-2 hr labor) that can be done on a manual (non-CNC) Lathe or Mill. Contact me with details of what you want done.

Note: I do this on a my spare time so everything is on a time-available basis. It may take me 1-3 days before shipping. All items are custom made on individual basis.
